Partner With J Smiles Empowerment®

J Smiles Empowerment® partners with schools, community organizations, and youth-serving agencies to provide identity-centered, whole-person leadership development for girls and young women. Through flexible program formats, partners can select experiences aligned with the developmental needs, priorities, and goals of the young people they serve.

Whether the focus is identity and self-leadership, student engagement, social-emotional development, college, career and life readiness, or broader leadership development, we work collaboratively with partners to identify the experience that best supports their population.
